Pros

Opportunities to progress and learn if you put the work in, people are supportive and happy to help. Cool office, lots of social events and opportunities to go to gigs. Training and development available. Good benefits- free fruit, discounted gym membership, gig allowance, 25 days holiday, season ticket loan. Doesn't feel hierarchical.

Cons

Networking between teams could be better so people get to know more about the different departments and meet more people.

Pros

They have awesome perks, the wages are above average and to be honest, the yearly bonus isn't bad.

Cons

Terrible and internal promotions. Would rather go outside the company than look inside it.
