A very relaxed working environment. Good benefits and great perks, such as the array of drinks and snacks provided. Great colleagues.

Pros

Has become the new 'major' publisher so there are plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. Hiring has been somewhat reliant on old alliances which have brought in an underwhelming senior mgmt structure which is slowly being recognized.

Cons

Along with its meteoric rise has come the problem of many of the catalog and roster being overlooked and underserviced. Staff simply trying to keep up with the many acquisitions made to continue growth. So long hours to keep pace.
