Lots of fake commitments by management. They may hire you while saying development project.However, it will be full of support or maintenance. Management is not supporting if client is very rude. They only hungry for billing. No much salary hike. If they are hiring for reliance Jio ..I will say don't join. It's very difficult to manage

1. Getting project is difficult once you are on bench 2. One team has no coordination with another team they call you anytime that too on your mobile and would take more than an hour interview and if you 2 minute they laugh in a sarcastic way. 3. One person would say we have this project other would say attend this training and then different project. Next day someone would come and say something else. 4. Even project calls are more difficult to crack, even though work might me pathetic but internal interviews are all in-depth. 5. Politics and language discrimination.
