      Pros

      You get a shuttle service from metro station to office .

      Cons

      They had fired some of the good and best people just because the management did not like to be questioned. If you are not a bootlicker you will be fired. If you are able to cross question managers irresponsible decision you will be fired. No projects in the company, and to keep their pet employees billable they make them shadow resource or just keep them for a month, reset the pool cycle to help them be in the company.
