• This organisation might the one with the poorest management one can imagine. • No at all friendly environment. No introductions with the team after joining. • HR is extremely poor. For half of things they reply "They don't know, have to check with someone else." • It took 3 years for PF amount to transfer. • Promotion and increments are next to negligible and gets delayed by 3-4 months easily and the top of that management specifically ask not to question the management about the increments or promotions. • Too much of nepotism, politics and zero policy transparency and cunning management. • And on the top of that HR guys reply that company policy is designed for the favour of the company and not for the employees. • No quarterly bonus or appreciations. • Worst food in the cafeteria. • Every month people were leaving this organisation. • Management takes revenge on people leaving the organisations by extending the notice period. • Regarding the notice period there is a hidden clause that they don't mention. Only at the time when you resign they will tell that we are extending the notice period by 1 month since your performance in the tenure was not up to mark. • DON'T Join Globalogic Technologies for Google. While offering they give an attractive memo that you will be working with Google on the payrolls of Globallogic. Don't fall for this trap. Everything is extremely bad there, specially the management. • No career growth or opportunities.
