Only if you are from Nagpur then it is at your native palace, other than that no positive point. everything is worst here.

Cons

1. Worst atmosphere to work here. 2. Managers have no sense and emotions they don't listen to anybody's concern. 3. This the company where I could seen more awards are given to managers only... Strange! 4. Master n Slave relationship between leads n team members. 5. Managers have only look for there own progress. 6. No credit given to team members, all the credit goes to all the leads and they get awarded. 7. Some managers are so worst even they don't bother how they are behaving with team members they think they are the owner of the company and team members are like servant.

They do not solve our issues, you may loose your job any moment and they won't talk to u about that and no proper response is given, I wouldn't suggest working in global logic and also don't go for Google maps jobs, it's waste of time, try for your core jobs only

I am writing for Globallogic Bangalore's Polaris Wireless division. From outside, it seems one company, inside, however, the scenario is different. If you are joining Globallogic and not Polaris Wireless, please refer to any other reviews. Pros - - Comparatively better salary than in general Globallogic employees, since PW decides pays for its employees.

Cons

There is no work. Don't waste your time. For perks and salary, you can check out other companies. They keep on 're-structuring' organization, but actually, it doesn't even matter. Age old technologies stack, no new work, only bugs fixing that too in weeks. In short, if you have any other offer, try your chances there, you might get something. If you don't have any other offer, try of having one. ;-) Again, this is for Polaris Wireless section of Globallogic Bangalore, not main Globallogic.
