No growth, managers are like old school principal, Role and task done by you can be different
Pros
WFH, flexible timing,if you are ready to do whatever your manager ask you can enjoy your time. Good for girls not because of good work, but because of freedom to say no and take rest without worrying about task. Other activities are more important to be in focus of manager
Cons
Almost no growth, all old employee are manager like old school village principal and they are doing the things suits them not company or other employees. What they say is right for all you can't say no. Hr, account,admin are more dominant over developer, they will treat you like nothing, they will not help to your problem directly,first they will frustrates you. Increment process is too bad and odd, very less hike. No management for task monitoring of employees in many projects, it's over mail and call. Top management are like dictator, if you disagree to them you will be in trouble.
