      Nice, smart people who want to help other each succeed Commitment to communicating, even if messages are overly "sanitized" Welcoming corporate culture Free breakfast and snacks throughout the day

      Cons

      Very hierarchical Like stepping back in time...you are your job level, and since it's hard to move up at HQ, you get pigeonholed...if you aren't over a certain level, you are treated as insignificant by some of the corporate leaders
