      For the most part, people are happy to be a part of this organization, are hard working, and willing to help

      Most people need to work very hard- the 40 week is unheard of by anyone who is taken seriously

      The defense area just went through a major restructuring that can provide opportunity for new projects and work. There is a great respect for work life balance

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of opportunity for career growth unless you really push for it and/or step on toes in the process
