Healthy working environment, and one of the best schools in supply chain

Cons

Balancing between the work and personal life is quite hard when you work at Leoni. Though, this is compensated by the great and healthy work environment

Has a great bonus plan if you qualify. Pay seems pretty good. Very relaxed dress code

Cons

Got to be able to catch on very quickly. Has procedures and processes but not very detailed and a lot on what is not written down must come from tribal knowledge (passed down from someone else). Does not have all the tools needed to do the job so that some tests and/or inspections are not done correctly or at all. Have a CMM but is not used correctly and no training is done on how to use it.
