      Pros

      Autonomy to do your own work, you're in charge of your own successes. Columbus office has small company feel, but the back of a large, multinational corporation

      Cons

      Although changing for the better, the company as a whole is very German-centric. Very few major decisions can be made without the blessing of Kitzingen.

      Pros

      The only good things are that people here are great to work with and you get exposed really quickly. With experience of 2 years you've learned most of what you need.

      Cons

      Very bad middle and upper management with no clue on how to run the plant with exhibiting dictator-like personality. Investing in it's employees is non-existing. They are very cheap and do not reward good and talented workers with any incentive. Salary increases are miserable. No community engagement whatsoever.
