LEONI is currently reorganizing its workforce in response to the challenging automotive market and lower end-customer demand. At the same time, we are reorganizing parts of the company to increase efficiency and ensure long-term competitiveness. We are committed to providing all employees with a supportive and motivating work environment. We value both continuous development within a role and advancement into higher-level positions. While lifelong learning is important for everyone, promotions into new roles are based on identified potential and influenced by factors such as business area, location, and team structure.
