Pros

It's a good entry level position that will get you well versed in remote desktop troubleshooting and writing professional tickets. You'll gain experience with phone calls and emails alike and multi-tasking, a great foundation for a fresh graduate looking to get into IT

Cons

The pay and PTO is not great
