Pros

- This is a 100% remote position should you choose to work remotely. - Management is very understanding and flexible when a worker requires it (within reason). - You can learn a lot in this position. You come across a very wide variety of issues when working here. - Fellow colleagues are great to work with. They are happy to set you up for success if you require information.

Cons

- The wages are low compared to other companies, and the opportunity for wage increases appears to be very unlikely. - With initiative, there may be some opportunities for growth into a higher position. However, if accepted the roles and responsibilities are not always provided or written if requested. The company also does not guarantee or offer to include a wage increase to match the increased responsibilities. - If you do not have written and verbal communication skills, this is not a good job for you.
