Salaries are pretty good and lots of good folks working here
Cons
Company is run by complete idiots with no technical expertise. This is a tech company, but upper management constantly is chasing hype instead of real revenue opportunities. Not to mention upper management doesn't give a darn about technical talent and has laid off most of its technical expertise

Management does not search for and value each employee’s unique skills, they look for robots that do what they’re told. Visibility is more important to management than impact on customers.
