      Great colleagues. Work-life balance is okay. The industry is interesting. Career depends a lot on who ends up being the direct and above management, which could be good or bad.

      Cons

      Every year, layoffs during the winter. Bottom-up feedback is listened to very rarely. Middle management can be incompetent, and no one cares, very political. Diversity is low. No public pay ranges or career ladders. Coffee is bad.
