      Staff are confused and disoriented - executive consistency wanted from the Board!

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities for advancement… processes and governance issues are always changing... projects with a mandate and clear goals are numerous and ever changing so people with various project management skills (or lack thereof) can find fertile ground to add success stories to their resumes.

      Cons

      Too many changes for too long a time have left the company with a staff that is less than 100% motivated to believe in the next leader, project, or process that has 'top priority'. After all, most people that have been there for more than 18 months understand that their job is on the line - always. An old boys network protects the interests of the network, and this is very difficult to break in to.

      Good Technology Company with bad leadership

      Pros

      I see some good things in this company. Non traditional energy, technology challenges, work life balance, good working level people,

      Cons

      But there are a countless number of things which makes this company bad 1) Wrong compensation provided to joining employees and changed immediately after 1st year 2) Management not focused be it in Denmark or different sites. It seriously looks like they would like to dump the company to next available buyer. Only that they are not finding one. 3) Bad IT and Database infrastructure. This is one big mess. No one in world knows who is buying and who is controlling. Seriously, I am not surprised that they are doing a big loss. 4) Improper supplier and customer negotiation. Both department needs to understand Sales need to understand that in squeeze market it is not good to sell at cheap and supply chain need to understand that they cannot go to vendors with gold in their hand. This is royally eating the companies on both sides. 5) Undue expansion and rampant restructuring. Both has no meaning.
