On the other hand the Berlin colleagues were not well respected or included in decision making that the Boston or West Coast colleagues. They have been having wave after wave of heavy layoffs and in my opinion Berlin was hit harder than the US. Most jobs are going to countries that are considered cheaper and they don’t seem to be treating those new teams with respect either. Very US first.
