      Company is focused on improving the business and make profits to keep the owners/shareholders happy. They're capable of making tough decisions.

      Cons

      They are ready to make any kind of decision if it works for the company, employees are expendable

      Pros

      The people at Wayfair have been fantastic. Most are very willing to help and work with you to solve a problem. The tech stack is pretty good and the company as a whole is making improvements to be on the cutting edge. Pay is good and would say is competitive when compared to most companies, but not quite at FAANG level.

      Cons

      There are a lot of segregated teams all doing their own thing. When you have dependencies on other teams, those tend to be the long pole for any project as each team has its own agenda. Not a lot of females in tech, especially managers.
