      Pros

      Wayfair is a big, stable company with solid business outlook. Once here, you'll have predictable salary and stability (for the most part)

      Cons

      Wayfair has gotten very large, and getting things done cross teams is a nightmare. The best place to be in wayfair is a self-contained team with no external dependencies, but those are very rare.

      Generally a good job with the right amounts of friendly people, challenge, and work per week

      Cons

      Very corporate, a lot of time spent connecting with other teams and aligning, hard to get recognized for work unless your team is working on "high impact" problems (whether or not it's actually a harder job)
