I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapur) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was very transparent, throughout the process you are guided by the recruiters - you know whats coming up next and the best part was they kept giving you feedback after every round. It was well paced, and the recruiter is very responsive. Everyone you interact with is friendly and genuinely warm - my advice would be to just be yourself and you will ace it.

Tell me about a time when you tried something and failed?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapur) in Sep 2019
Interview
HR worked quick to arrange for a phone screen, I was called the same day as I applied. The scheduled interview was about 30 minutes, I was asked to share why I wanted the role, etc.
I didn't make it into other rounds, nor hear back from the recruiter when asked for feedback. Prior to the interview, I had been sent some links to resources to prepare for the interview. On my part, perhaps I could prepare better? It was a better experience than my previous application about 2 years back! (I had a video screen for the first round, and heard back a month or two after doing the video interview)
Extremely positive interview experience. The employees were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. However, some of the interviews involved a lot of prep. All the employees speak so highly of the company so it makes you really excited about the process and learning more about the company.
Glad you found our process to be so enjoyable, and future candidates will thank you for calling out the amount of preparation required. Our Customer Support team is the foundation of HubSpot and is the launching point for so many HubSpotters into long, cross-functional careers here, so thank you for investing so much time to set yourself up for success. So glad you're joining us, welcome!
Best,
Becky
