I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapur) in Dec 2018
Interview
My interview consisted of three stages.
1. Video recording
2.Phone interview with HR
3. Video interview on Role Play + interview questions with two managers
-not sure if there is next round but my application stopped here.
The interviewer gave feedback along the way which is very helpful, even if I didn't get the offer, I still learnt from the interview. HR is very helpful and even called me up before my video interview to prepare me for what to expect. Overall, the interview experience is pleasant.

Question 1
What were the most harsh feedback you have received?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot in Oct 2018
Interview
Quick and professional emails from HR to select interview dates and times. There were two interviews: a phone interview and a live video interview. The phone interview was a get-to-know-you call to ask why I wanted this role and there were some behavioural questions as well (e.g. strengths, weaknesses, etc.). It was around 30 minutes.
The live video interview (video-call-style + shared screen) comprised of two back-to-back rounds. The first round was a role-play scenario in which I was asked to guide a customer to solve her problem using HubSpot's tools. In the second round, I was asked to narrate my thought process as I solved a problem provided by the interviewer. After each round, I was given immediate feedback regarding my performance - what I did well and what I could work on.

Interview
Possibly the best interview process so far in-terms of getting to understand who I was and whether or not I would be a good fit for the company. It wasn't just about my CV and experience, it was about what I would bring to the team in general too, which was a great thing to see.
The initial calls were clear and straight to the point, 1-to-1 chats about the role and my experience, understanding my interpretation of the role and outlining what would be involved to ensure this was for me.
The waiting process was minimal, follow-ups by the HR team were fantastic and speedy and gave you the general impression that the company valued speaking with you, you weren't just another CV to look at.
In-person interviews were great, spoke with 3 individuals who both queried aspects of my previous roles, the role I was applying for and how I thought I would fit in. For me, this was an important part as it outlined the types of people I will be working with (professional yet relaxed and easy to communicate with) and you also got to see the offices (Big wow there), people's interactions with one another and the fantastic culture that has been implemented over the years. I was expecting an intense line of questioning but alas it did not arrive, initial conversations put me at ease and I felt the whole interview process flew.
