Interview
A formal interview, general chat, quick maths test, and finally a role play scenario. One in-person interview and one chat over the phone. Job offered the following week over the phone and contract was offered following this.

Interview
Very relaxed and informal. Made to feel very at ease. Had a numeracy test prior to interview, fairly straightforward for the most part with a few trickier questions. Had the opportunity to chat with other staff and was shown around their computer systems. Overall very positive experience, didn’t feel once like they were trying to challenge you or catch you out, just to get to know you and see if you’d be a good fit.

Interview
Face to face interview, with a maths test. Quite informal. Like to know a lot about you. After that you get a phone call if you have been successful. The whole process isn’t stressful at all but it is a sales role so you need to be confident.
